DR ATUL TIWARI
Dr. Atul Tiwari is currently serving as the Principal of Technocrats Institute of Law. He holds an M.Com and LL.M. from Barkatullah University, Bhopal. He obtained his Ph.D. from Gondwana University, Gadchiroli, Maharashtra. With approximately 22 years of teaching experience in the field of law and commerce, Dr. Tiwari has made significant contributions to legal education. He has authored and presented several research papers and book chapters in reputed academic publications and continues to actively contribute to legal research and academic development. DEVESH BHARGAVA
Devesh Bhargava is currently working as an Assistant Professor of Law with academic and professional experience in legal education and practice. He holds a B.A. LL.B. and LL.M., and has qualified both the UGC-NET and MPPSC-SET examinations. He has also completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Rights from the National Law School of India University (NLSIU), Bengaluru.He is presently pursuing a Ph.D. in Law and previously worked as a Legal Researcher under Hon’ble Justice Jayant Banerji at the Allahabad High Court during 2018–2019, where he gained valuable experience in legal research and judicial work.Mr. Bhargava has approximately four years of experience in legal practice as an advocate and around three years of teaching experience in legal education. His academic interests include constitutional law, criminal justice, human rights, and contemporary legal issues. DR. SHAILENDRA KUMAR MODI
Dr. Shailendra Kumar Modi is an accomplished academician and legal scholar currently serving as Dean, Faculty of Law at Bhabha University, Bhopal. He holds M.Com., LL.B., LL.M., and a Ph.D. in Law from Barkatullah University, Bhopal, with specialization in Human Rights. With more than 20 years of combined academic and administrative experience, he has contributed significantly to legal education, research, and university administration. His research interests include human rights, constitutional law, and socio-legal issues, and he has published several research papers in reputed journals along with book chapters. DR. RATNA SISODIYA
Dr. Ratna Sisodiya is currently serving as an Associate Professor at the School of Law, Renaissance University, Indore. She holds a Ph.D. in Law from Bhupal Nobles’ University, Udaipur, and has over nine years of teaching experience in legal education. She has also completed a Post-Doctoral Research Fellowship in “New Technologies and Law” at the Mediterranea International Centre for Human Rights Research (MICHR), Italy. Dr. Sisodiya has authored and co-authored several books and research publications in reputed national and international journals. Her academic interests include human rights, gender justice, child rights, constitutional law, and emerging issues in technology and law. ANUSHKA PARASHAR
Anushka Parashar is currently serving as an Assistant Professor of Law at Technocrats Institute of Law, TIT Bhopal. She holds an LL.M. from Barkatullah University, Bhopal, also B.A. LL.B. from Barkatullah University, Bhopal. Her academic interests include Constitutional Law, Family Law, and Jurisprudence. She is also known as a very good counselor and mentor for students. She has participated in Faculty Development Programmes on Multidisciplinary Research and Research Methodology, Innovative Teaching Learning Skills & Latest Developments in Legal Education. She has also contributed to legal research, including a co-authored paper on the role of forensic science in India’s new criminal justice codes published in the Indian Journal of Integrated Research in Law.
